The suit provided has been carefully selected to
match your height, weight and thigh measurements following a sizing chart developed over many years in powerlifting.
However, since there is a chance you may wish to exchange this suit for a different size, special care should be
taken when trying it on for the first time. Do not use chalk, powder or oil on your body, keep hands clean, etc.
To be exchangeable the suit must be returned to us in resalable condition (in the same condition in which it was
shipped to you). Laundered suits will not be exchanged. Your training partner will need to assist you to properly
fit your suit.

|
LEGS:
|
- Both you and your training partner should insert your hands into the leg
opening and slowly pre-stretch the material.
- Slowly pull on the suit until the pant legs stop above the knees.
- Turn the suit inside out, with the shoulder straps hanging toward the floor
(leave the pant legs where they stopped above the knee).
- Grab the cuff of the leg (one leg at a time) and work each leg past mid-thigh.
When both pant legs are at mid-thigh pull the body of the suit right side out over your hips.
- While you are pulling up the front of the suit, your partner can pull up
the back and sides. This is an important step. It's purpose is to fit the suit properly on the lower body with
NO GAP BETWEEN THE BODY AND MATERIAL IN THE CROTCH. It will also insure that all of the slack is out of the lower
half of the suit before you attempt to slip into the shoulder straps.
|
|
IMPORTANT:
|
Be sure the sides, back and front of the suit have been pulled as high as
possible on the body before attempting to put on the shoulder straps.
|
|
|
STRAPS:
|
- One side at a time. Your training partner should now pull up the strap
enough to allow you to slide your hand down your side towards the opening. (Straps should be pulled up and SLOWLY
STRETCHED - DO NOT JERK THE STRAPS OR PULL THEM OFF TO THE SIDE).
- When your hand is even with the armhole, your training partner should pull
the strap over the shoulder while you put your elbow through. You will need to dip your shoulder into the strap.
Again, do not jerk the strap or pull them way off to the side.
|
|
FITTING:
|
- You may experience some tightness under the arm or the lats. If so, have
your training partner insert his hands under the material and push it out and up. Repeat this procedure for the
opposite side. Make other necessary adjustments by moving the straps on the traps.
- Relieve tightness on the chest by pushing out and up as if rolling the
suit over your shoulders towards the back.
- When your suit is on and properly fitted you will still experience some
tightness on the thighs, shoulders, and perhaps the torso. Continue to wear the suit for at least 15 to 20 minutes
without lifting and you will notice it will become more conforming to your body's contours.
